máy em có để chế độ restore không ? em vào safe mode (f8) và restore về vài ngày trước xem còn lỗi không?

a thử vào = safe mode, bật cửa sổ cmd rồi gõ chkdsk để check và fix lỗi xem sao?

lỗi này là do lỗi ram hoặc hệ thống win bị lỗi .lỗi này hay còn gọi là màn hình xanh chết chóc .vì thế bạn cần kiểm tra lai ram .nếu như ko được chỉ còn cách là repair lại win hoặc có ghost thì bung ghost lại thôi.
